Examination & Evaluation Criteria
  • The first and third semester examination will be held in December and second and forth semester examination will be held in May every year.
  • Each subject is allotted 100 marks and equal weightage is given to class and university examination.
  • Class work comprises of case discussion, role play and simulation techniques, quiz, class test and other brief written assignment directly based on instruction material in the class.
  • Candidate will need to re-register for one or more papers in any semester on account of inadequate performance in class work.
  • The re-registration fees per paper is Rs. 500/-, which is inclusive of tuition and instruction material fees.
  • Re-registration student will be attached to the concerned teacher for satisfactory completion of practical work and tutorials without attending classes again.
  • If the candidate has passed the external examination but failed in one or more internal examination subjects or was absent for any of the internal examination subjects than he/she will have to fill up the University examination form for obtaining the University exam seat number without which their internal marks will not be accepted by the University.
  • Candidates successfully completing the program i.e. clearing all the subject of the four semesters in internal and University examinations will be awarded Diploma by the University of Mumbai.
  • Candidates will be permitted to proceed from one semester to the next one irrespective of their passing the examination of the previous semesters.
  • Candidates who have successfully completed the DMS course are eligible to get admission in the second year of the three-year post graduate master degree course of the University of Mumbai.

    • Master of Human Resource Development (MHRDM)
    • Master of Information Management (MIM)
