As a special feature, all students of PGDBA-DLP will be going through a soft skills development program through Experiential Learning Methodology.

The program is offered to all the PGDBA-DLP students free of cost at Mumbai Only.

Experience is a powerful teacher. On the job it can be costly to learn from our mistakes, but in the classroom, this valuable learning methodology carries far less risk. That's what makes experiential learning so effective! Experiential Learning enables people to make permanent, effective changes in behavior by understanding the wide range of consequences of their choices and accepting responsibility for them.

All the students are eligible to attend a 2 day experential learning workshop being conducted during the first year of the program. Presently, this program is conducted at Mumbai only. Maximum bonus marks of 50 are allotted to this workshop (W.E.F Oct'09 Batch) . Students participating in the workshops are assessed and allotted marks out of 50 and the same marks are added in the marksheet of the 1st year. Even though to attend the program is not compulsory, it is highly recommended to take benefit of the same, as it helps in development of soft skills as well as academic performance improvement.
