Admission - How to Apply
The Prospectus & Application form for the two years PG Diploma Program can be purchased from the office of our Institution at the following address :

Matunga(C.R.) Mumbai -400 019.
Cost of Application form is Rs.500/- in person by cash or Rs. 550/- by post through demand draft.
Alternatively you can register online by clicking on the Admissions Online page. Kindly take a
print-out of the duly filled in form. Send the form to the Institutes address given above along with the below mentioned enclosures. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the duly filled in form.
Enclosures
Copies of the Degree
Certificate / Provisional Certificate / Final Year Mark list duly
attested by a Class 1 / Gazetted Officer.
Two copies of recent
passport sized color photographs.
In case of polytechnic diploma
holders, a letter from the current employer as per the proforma
given in the prospectus and experience certificate from the previous
employer(s) (if any), totaling a minimum of 3 years work experience
need to be enclosed.

All
fees are payable either in cash (at Welingkar Counter) or by Demand Draft
drawn in the name of "Welingkar Institute of Management"
payable at Mumbai. No outstation cheques will be accepted. Study material
for each semester will be sent subject to the payment of
installments/fees.
Cancellation
of Admission
You can cancel your admission within 45 days from the date of your
registration by forwarding a written application to the institute and
returning along with it the fee receipt challan, student ID card, study material and all the CD's.
(The Institute will not Accept any request for cancellation of admission sent by e-mail or fax.)
Refund
of Fees - Cancellation charges will be as follows
| Within 1-15 days of admission |
10% of the 2 years course fees |
| Within 16-30 days of admission |
20% of the 2 years course fees |
| Within 31-45 days of admission |
50% of the 2 years course fees |
| After 45 days of admission |
100% of the 2 years course fees i.e. No refund |
The above charges will be deducted and the balance course fee amount will be refunded to the student within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of admission.
Batch Transfer
Students who had enrolled in a particular batch but were not able to give any exams, can seek a transfer to another batch by paying the difference in course fees and a batch transfer fee of Rs.500/- . Such batch transfers are permissible only within the registration validity period of 3 years.
