Welingkar makes use of the web to keep its distance learning students updated. On the Welingkar website, there is a separate section called "Notices" where information relating to exam dates, guidelines to give exams, exam portions, Virtual Classroom timetable etc. is updated on a regular basis.

On completion of the program, the certificates and mark sheets are couriered to the student's international address.

Study material and ID card of One Year and Six Months Diploma students will be couriered to their international address within one week.

2 Years PGDBA students on taking admission, the entire 1st year study material set consisting of 12 books, a set of 12 audio CD's one for each subject, one content CD and the student ID card will be couriered to their International address within a week's time.
