Prof. Dr. Uday Salunke
	Prof. Dr. Uday Salunke Director - Welingkar Institute of Management is a mechanical engineer with a management degree in 'Operations', and a Doctorate in 'Turnaround Strategies'. He has 12 years of experience in the corporate world including Mahindra & Mahindra, ISPL and other companies before joining Welingkar in 1995 as faculty for Production Management. Subsequently his inherent passion, commitment and dedication toward the institute led to his appointment as Director in 2000. Dr. Salunkhe has been invited as visiting fellow at the Harvard Business School, USA and European University, Germany. He has also delivered seminars at the Asian Institute of Management, Manila and has been awarded   "The Young Achievers Award-2003" in the field of Academics by the Indo American Society recently.
Prof. Dr. Anil Naik
	Prof. Dr. Anil Naik, Gold Medalist from the first batch of I.I.M., Calcutta has done his Ph.D. from University of Mumbai is Dean Research at Welingkar. He has experience of 20 Years with the Tata Group and has been Management Consultant & Educator for several companies like GTL, Bharti, Jindal Iron & Steel Co. Ltd, CRISIL, Philips India Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd etc. He has also taught Multi National Strategic Management at Fox School of Management, Temple University, Philadelphia, USA.
Prof. Dr. S. T. Gondhalekar
	Prof. Dr. S. T. Gondhalekar, (Dean-Operations), only known PhD in the world in Kaizen, has been trained in Japan by Association of Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) and Asian Producitivity Organisation (APO). He is a Chemical Engineer and PhD from IIT Bombay and an Industrial Engineer from NITIE. After working for oleo chemical company, Godrej soaps for 15 years, he is currently the Director of Global Marketing at Kaizen Institute and has been Consultant in Asia-Pacific and Africa since 8 years.
Prof. Dr. P. S. Rao
	Prof. Dr. P. S. Rao, Dean-Quality Systems and New Business Initiatives, is a Ph.D, M.Com. and MEP (IIMA). He has a rich experience of 41 years as an educationist and consultant in the areas of HRD, Business Policy and Strategic Management. He has successfully guided 25 PhDs and 70 M.Phil scholars. He is a recipient of awards from IIM Calcutta, AASCB, USA, to name a few. He has published 7 textbooks, more than 30 Research Papers and presented about 100 articles.
Prof. V. H. Iyer
	Prof. V. H. Iyer, Dean-MDP and Lead Auditor & Management Representative, QMS for Welingkar. He is member of board of studies (IIM), editor of materials management review and corporate trainer with over 1000 programs in O.B. / TQM areas. He has over 20 years of academic experience with college like NITIE, Narsee Monjee, JBIMS and over 35 years of industrial experience with companies like L&T, IBM, Rallis India etc.
Prof. S. R. Tendulkar
	Prof. S. R. Tendulkar Dean Administration, Gold medalist 1st rank holder CA and 1st rank holder Company Secretary and an Accredited Internal Auditor BVQi: ISO: 9001:2000:QMS. He has 19 years of industry experience and 33 years of teaching experience in the area of Finance and Materials Management. He has held honourable positions in institutions like AIMA, BMA, IIMM and is currently Dean-Administration at Welingkar.
Prof. Sahuraja
	Prof. Sahuraja Chief mentor, has been Director of J. N. Tata Endowment for The Higher Education of Indians, Principal of R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics among other profiles within his 37 years of experience. He has written over 7 text books which are prescribed by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education and awarded  "Jewel of India Award (2003-04)" by International Business Council recently.
Prof. Kanu Doshi
	Prof. Kanu Doshi, Dean-Finance at Welingkar and a well known Charterd Accountant, is Director on the Boards of leading Companies like BOB Capital Markets Ltd., Peoples Financial Services Ltd., Matrix lkAdvisors (India) Ltd., former Director of Zurich Mutual Fund and former Member - Asset Management Committee of UTI. He writes regularly for Times of India and Indian Express and has co-authored a book titled 'Tax Holidays'. With an academic experience of 25 years, he teaches Corporate Tax Planning and Financial Management.
Prof. Pradeep Pendse
	Prof. Pradeep Pendse  has done his BE and MMS and is Lead assessor for ISO 9000 and BS-7799. He has over 20 years of experience in consulting and 15 years in teaching, with his core areas being IT Strategy & Management, Business Analysis / Visualising IT Solutions, software Project Management, Process & Quality, BPO / ITES. He is presently VP West Region Computer Society of India and Sr. Associate Dean-Systems & E-Business at Welingkar.
Prof. Raghu Palat
	Prof. Raghu Palat  Dean-Retail Banking Prof. Raghu Palat is a Chartered Accountant by training and a career banker. After being in very senior positions with multi national banks, he became an entrepreneur. He manages a regulation focused portal on banking - www.bankingrules.com, advises banks on stratergy and conducts traning on banking, finance and soft skills. In addition he is a well regarded author - having published 23 books.
Prof. B. N. Chatterjee
	Prof. B. N. Chatterjee  has done his M.Com & MMM and has over 40 years of senior level Industry Experience in Marketing, Sales of FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Domestic Appliances, Logistics and Distribution including ERP implementation and has held senior positions in Voltas Ltd & Balsara Hygiene Products Ltd.
Prof. Vanita Patel
	Prof. Vanita Patel, MMS (Finance) from Welingkar is Faculty - Finance & Part time Master's Program and teaches core subjects of Finance which includes Cost Accounting & Management Control, Financial Accounting and Financial Management. With 5 years of industry experience and 11 years of teaching experience.
Prof. Minal Gupte
	Prof. Minal Gupte, MCom, FICWA (Fellow of the Institute of Cost & works Accountants of India) has 31 years of experience in the field of Finance. She has been teaching cost Accounting, Finance Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management & Strategic Cost Management across various Management Institutes. She is the Associate Dean & Head-Autonomous Programmes in Management (Regular) at Welingkar.
Prof. Savitri Kulkarni
	Prof. Savitri Kulkarni, Associate Dean-HR at Welingkar has done her M.A. (from TISS) and Masters in Education & HR. She has been a corporate trainer for the past 18 years, having worked with companies like siemens, ABB, CRISIL, IDBI etc. Presently on the Board of Studies SIBER, Shivaji University, she has won the best trainer award for two consecutive years from Rotary club and SIBER, Kolhapur.
Prof. Smeeta Bhatkal
	Prof. Smeeta Bhaktal, has done her B.Com from Sydenham College, University of Mumbai and then an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She has 16 years of experience in Investment Banking and Financial Services having been with the ICICI group for 9 years. She has vast experience in financial structuring, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate advisory services. She is currently Head-Centre for Excellence in Finance at Welingkar.
Prof. Rajesh Aparnath
	Prof. Rajesh Aparnath is a Mechanical Engineer with additional qualifications in management and computer studies. He is also having 18 years of hardcore industry experience at various managerial positions. He is working as Head of Department & sphere heading Post Graduate Level Distance Learning Programs Division. He teaches Production Management & Materials Management.
