FEE STRUCTURE

The Program fees include cost of tuition fees, study material and examination fee. Study material is provided by the Institute.

Code SEMESTER I

Eligibility

Minimum 12th pass from any recognized HSC Board / University.
Diploma Holder (SSC + 3 years / HSC + 2 years) Graduate in any faculty from any recognized University

Methodology

Study Material

The Institute has published study material for all the subjects of the programs in English language.
Experienced practicing managers have taken special care to write them in a simple and lucid language.
The Study material gives adequate working knowledge of various subjects to the students in the management field.

Personal Contact Programs

The Institute conducts Prescheduled Personal Contact Programs for students of 11 Month PG & 6 Month Certificate Programs.
Lectures are held for Type I - Per Subjects 2 hours 12 Lectures for each subjects in between Mon - Fri 6.30 PM to 8.30 PM , Type II- Per Subjects 2 hours 9 Lectures for each subjects on Every Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM , Type III - Per Subjects total 6 hours 2 Lectures either Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. ( Type III Lectures are Optional for the students )
Retail Management - Per Subjects 2 hours 12 Lectures for each subjects Monday to Friday-7.30 AM to 9.30 AM – All lectures will be conducted online only through Cisco Webex, student will receive email from webex well in advance before lecture.
The time table will be posted on our website. Students can access it by using their student's login on the home page.These lectures are optional for the students.

Admission

Admissions are open as per Admissions scheduled published by Institute.
Note: Fees are payable in full at the time of admission
Cancellation of admission & refund of fees -

If the admission is cancelled before commencement of the lectures fees will be refunded by deducting Rs.1000/-.
Fees shall not be refunded for any reason under any circumstances after the commencement of the lectures.

ENCLOSURES

Attested copy of HSC/Diploma or Final Year Graduation Mark Sheet / Certificate

One recently coloured pass port size photograph.

In case name change as per educational document, kindly provide Gazette / Marriage certificate copy.

Students can register through our online registration system. The student can pay the fees either by online / cheque or by a DD in the name of 'Welingkar Institute of Management' After the payment of program fees student can collect their Identity card & study material from the Autonomous office personally or Welingkar will dispatch the same by speed post at the registered address for communication.

DIRECT ADMISSION

Students can pay online or they can send a DD / at par cheque of program fees in favour of 'Welingkar Institute of Management', payable at Mumbai along with all the relevant documents.

FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Students need to register online them self by clicking on the Admissions page . Fill the required details. After Submitting online Application Form Kindly take a print-out of dully filled Application Form . Forward your Application Form , Payment Details Along with Above Mentioned Enclosure. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the duly filled Application form.

Duration of Each Exam: 1 hour

Examination Notice
detailed schedule of the examination and Personal Contact Program lectures will be conveyed to the students well in advance. The exam time-table will be put up on the website of the institute a month prior to the exam. Students can access the details through their student's login.

Result Declaration: Within 30 days from the last date of the examination period.
Rank Students who secure 50% and above marks are declared successful in that subject.

RE-APPEARING IN EXAMINATION

The student who does not appear for the examination or who gets less than 50 marks in a particular subject, can re-appear for the examination in the next semester by filling the re-examination form along with the fee of Rs. 300 + 18% GST per subject, a month prior to the examination.

If a student is not able to appear or has failed in the examination of a particular program within two years, he should re-register his name by paying Rs. 500 + 18% GST as re-registration fees along with re-exam fees of Rs. 300 + 18% GST per subject.

Those students who are declared successful in all the papers of a particular program will be awarded Certificate from Welingkar Institute of Management during the convocation.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Students will be able to give exams from their respective countries. Separate links and password etc. are provided for the same. The certificates and mark sheets will be couriered to the students' international address.

Exemptions For Further Program

Once the student successfully completes the examination of subjects of a particular program, they will declared as a successful candidate in that Program.

The student can then register themself for the second program ( please Check Eligibility).

Student are not required to appear for the examination of those subjects in which they has already secured 50% or more marks in the earlier examination of Welingkar

Students has to appear for the examination of only those subjects which are additional or new subjects in the second Program.

Student will get Rs.2000/- as a fees discount along with the waiver off subjects for comman subject from earlier completed Program.

CONVOCATION

The Annual Convocation of the Institute for awarding Certificate to the successful candidates would be held every year in the month of March/April only. The same will be intimated to the student in the month of February/March. Students can attend the convocation and receive the Certificate from the hands of the Chief Guest. Those students who are unable to attend the convocation can collect their Certificate a week after the convocation else 15 days after the convocation it will be dispatched to the student's registered Communication address.
