Welingkar Education's 2 year Distance Learning Programs, 1 year and 6 month diploma programs are recognized by Distance Education Council [DEC ], a body of the Central Govt. of India. These programs are offered in 3 modes, one with a large dose of contact classes (every evening), one with contact classes on Sundays and another through Distance Learning and supported by select Personal Contact Programs. All these are duly approved.
The campus based full time programs and part-time programs offered by Welingkar Education at its Mumbai and Bangalore campus are approved by AICTE, govt. of India. Several programs are also NBA accredited. The NBA (National Board of accreditation) is a body governed by the AICTE to assure quality of the AICTE approved programs.
